And the Serasa's IndikeGanhe platform allowed us to live this. The challenge was to create a company referral program. The idea was to make the referral as simple as possible, with a primary focus on engagement and ease of use.
We developed a complete product, the content track and necessary information to facilitate the referral, login area, referral dashboard, and financial integration, where users can track and withdraw their returns.
We worked together with the Serasa Credencie team on the program's concept and strategy, but the execution was up to AmplifiQ. The results were impressive from the beginning. In the first month, the program generated over 500 referrals, meeting the initiative's initial purpose.
The product creation process included consultancy, planning, critical thinking about users' digital maturity usability, facilitated content track, organization, and integration with payment systems. The design sprint was crucial to align ideas and approvals; throughout the product development, it was conducted by AmplifiQ, ensuring the product's quality and effectiveness.
