A Digital Presence Development and Management Project for Shopping Iguatemi, Porto Alegre
The heart of this project lies in creating and maintaining a strong online and offline presence for Shopping Iguatemi. We have been the digital arm of the Shopping and numerous partners over eight years.
One of the highlights of the project was the development of the new main website for Iguatemi Porto Alegre - RS. With the aim of differentiating the shopping center from competitors and other brand developments, we created an innovative and engaging digital platform that reflects the exclusivity and prestige of Iguatemi.
Our work included the creation of three institutional websites and over thirty hotsites, each adapted for specific promotional campaigns and seasonal events. We managed the production of over two hundred newsletters, keeping customers informed about the latest news, events, and promotions at the mall, always generating engagement and traffic to the stores. We also took the first steps with digital presence in media and social networks, developing relevant and engaging content to increase brand engagement and visibility online.
In addition, there were more than fifty promotional campaigns, where an essential part of our strategy were the digital totems installed in the mall, used for campaigns such as Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas.
But our most challenging work was the new website in 2013, our commitment to innovation also reflected in the implementation of one of the first responsive websites in the country in 2013, ensuring a seamless browsing experience on all devices.
In summary, this project demonstrates our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer success, providing a unique experience for consumers and solidifying Shopping Iguatemi's position as a destination for first-class shopping and entertainment.
